As the energy of autumn settles in and the days grow cooler and darker, we’re invited to slow down, turn inward and listen more deeply. Traditionally connected with the lungs, grief and letting go, this season offers a natural opportunity to tend to our emotions, support our immunity and release what we no longer need to carry.
Through guided active breathwork, grounding practices and deep rest, we’ll create space for the body and nervous system to rebalance after the busyness of summer and the harvest season. This practice can help move held emotion, clear stagnant energy and reconnect you with the quieter wisdom within.
Together, we’ll honour this time between the Fall Equinox and winter — a threshold of release, restoration and return to self. No previous breathwork experience is needed; simply come as you are.
