Pre-register for your first class online to make your first visit smooth & stress-free.
Arrive 10-15 minutes early
Our doors open 15 minutes before class. Check in at the desk and get yourself oriented. Our friendly staff will direct you to the change rooms and hot room.
Prepare to move and sweat
Bring a yoga mat (or rent for $2), a small towel, and a water bottle. Wear comfortable clothing to move and sweat in.
