The equinox marks a moment of balance, equal light and darkness, and an invitation to honour the transition from the outward energy of summer into the quieter, more inward rhythm of fall.
Join Krista for an intimate offering of ceremonial cacao, breathwork and ritual as we gather to honour this seasonal threshold. Together, we’ll take time to reflect on what has ripened through the summer months, what we’re ready to carry forward, and what we might be ready to lay down.
We’ll begin in circle with cacao and intention, move into guided reflection and ritual, and then into an extended breathwork practice, allowing the breath to take us beneath the thinking mind and into the wisdom and felt experience of the body.
As we move toward the darker half of the year, this gathering is an invitation to turn inward. Not to fix or change what we find, but to listen more closely, make space for what is here, and meet the season ahead with greater presence.
No previous breathwork experience is required.
