Breathwork & Sound Healing with Krista Reid

  • Centretown Studio 359 Bank Street Ottawa, ON, K2P 1X9 Canada (map)

Join Krista Reid & Rebecca White Raven for a nourishing afternoon of conscious connected breathwork and immersive sound healing.

This unique collaboration brings together the transformative power of the breath with the restorative vibrations of crystal bowls, voice, and therapeutic sound. Through guided breathwork, participants are invited to release tension, move stagnant energy, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body. The sound healing journey offers a space for integration, deep rest, and renewal.

Together, these practices create an opportunity to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what is most alive within you. Whether you are seeking emotional release, greater clarity, nervous system support, or simply a moment to pause and receive, this experience welcomes you exactly as you are.

No previous experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that will help you feel supported during the journey.

Date: Saturday, July 25, 2026
Time: 4PM - 6PM
