What you will learn
Yoga & Mobility with Brittany Bryden
This session is designed to help you move better and feel less stiff by understanding how yoga and mobility work together. You’ll learn the difference between static and dynamic stretching and when to use each, why mobility is an essential part of modern yoga flows, and how yoga supports both strength training and recovery. Through simple mobility-focused drills and a guided flow practice, you’ll leave knowing how to use yoga to warm up, recover, and move in ways that feel strong, functional, and free.
Nutrition and Macros for Women with Grace Bracken
It’s time to move beyond the “eat less, move more” mindset and start understanding what your body truly needs to thrive. In this session, we’ll explore what happens when you under-fuel while still prioritizing movement — and how that affects your metabolism, hormones, and long-term results. You’ll learn how muscle mass impacts longevity, energy, and hormone balance, and how to tailor your nutrition to support it.
We’ll cut through the confusion around food so you can confidently fuel your body without diet noise, covering protein basics, workout recovery, carb and fat myths, and simple grocery hacks. You’ll walk away with a clear, realistic understanding of how to nourish your body, align your nutrition with your training, and build results that last.
Fundamental Lifts with Peter Lavictoire
Feel confident and capable in the gym. You’ll learn the six foundational movement patterns — hinge, squat, push, pull, lunge, and carry — along with safe form cues, common mistakes to avoid, and how to progress your training using simple strength principles. With hands-on practice, you’ll leave knowing exactly what to do in the gym — safely, effectively, and with confidence.
Hormones, Supplements & Women’s Health with Dr Kristy Lewis
This session helps you understand your body’s changing rhythms and how to work with them. You’ll learn about stress and cortisol effects, the basics of perimenopause, and how to choose supplements that truly support your hormone health. By the end, you’ll know how to train, recover, and live in a way that works with your body — not against it.
Lagree 101 with Brittany Bryden
This session demystifies Lagree and shows how it complements your strength training. You’ll learn how Lagree differs from Pilates and traditional lifting, understand the importance of time under tension and muscle activation, and discover why the core is a stabilizer, not just abs. Through a guided workout, you’ll feel the results firsthand and leave knowing how Lagree supports your overall strength and posture.
HIIT, Zone Training & Hypertrophy with Peter Lavictoire
Train smarter, not harder, to see real results. You’ll learn what HIIT truly is, understand the difference between Zone 2 and Zone 5 cardio, grasp the basics of hypertrophy, and discover how to balance cardio and strength training effectively. By the end, you’ll know exactly how to structure your workouts for progress without fear of “bulking” or wasting effort.
Recovery & Fascia Release with Kelly Cameron
This session focuses on keeping your body feeling strong, loose, and resilient. You’ll learn the basics of fascia health, the benefits of breath resets for recovery, and how to use foam rolling and other fascia tools effectively. By understanding why recovery is essential for strength and progress, you’ll leave knowing how to prevent soreness, burnout, and injury while supporting your training.
Build Your Own Program with Brittany Bryden + Amber Stratton (Lecture + Interactive)
This session helps you create a realistic, balanced training routine that fits your body, lifestyle, and season of life. You’ll learn how to combine strength, cardio, mobility, and recovery, adjust workouts during busy or transitional times, and track progress beyond the scale through energy, strength, mood, and mobility. With insights from Amber’s and Brittany’s personal journeys, plus a personalized action plan to take home, you’ll leave knowing how to stay consistent without guilt, comparison, or burnout.
