Join Jess Magnan, spiritual mindset coach, yoga/meditation teacher, and Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) practitioner, for a 90-minute Yoga Nidra experience — a restorative journey designed to quiet your mind, open your heart, and plant powerful seeds of change.
The first 30–45 minutes of the session will be devoted to creating your sankalpa, a short, positive intention rooted in your deepest desires. In Yoga Nidra, a sankalpa acts as a guiding thread for your mind, helping align your conscious and subconscious patterns. Using principles of hypnosis from her RRT training, Jess will guide you in crafting a sankalpa that resonates deeply and is ready to take root at the subconscious level.
In the second half, Jess will guide you through a Yoga Nidra practice, a hypnotic and receptive state where your mind can effortlessly absorb the intention you’ve set. This deeply restorative practice allows your sankalpa to integrate naturally, significantly increasing the likelihood it will show up in your waking life with ease and clarity.
This is a fundraiser — all proceeds will go to her dear friend Jelena, who is bravely navigating life alone in Canada while awaiting a kidney transplant. Your presence and intention will support both your personal transformation and a life-changing cause.
No yoga experience needed – all levels welcome.
