This Mother’s Day, give yourself the gift of rest. This Yoga Nidra is for anyone who serves others—parents, caregivers, healers, or anyone who pours their energy into the world—inviting you to finally put yourself first.

Whether you’ve birthed, are birthing, or are nurturing ideas, projects, or parts of yourself, this session offers a chance to reconnect with your inner energy, cultivate clarity, and gently open your intuitive wisdom.

During this guided journey, we’ll:
— Explore the chakras, restoring balance, vitality, and harmony
— Reclaim energy that’s been flowing outward and redirect it inward
— Experience gentle energy healing and hypnotic guidance for a deep, lasting sense of safety
— Rest fully, allowing your body, mind, and spirit to renew, and your intuition to emerge

Step off the treadmill of giving and into the sanctuary of receiving. This is your time to replenish, recharge, and honor the sacred energy you share with the world—so you can step back into your life with clarity, presence, and renewed intuitive insight.
