As we move toward summer, everything speeds up. More light. More heat. More stimulation. And for a lot of people, that doesn’t feel energizing, it feels like too much.
This session is designed to help you come back down.
Through guided breathwork, we’ll support the nervous system to settle, regulate, and find a more steady rhythm. Not forcing anything open. Not pushing for a big release. Just creating the conditions for the body to feel safe enough to hold more.
We’ll work with the natural energy of the season, the fire of the heart, in a grounded way. Learning how to hold more without tipping into overwhelm.
Cacao will be served to gently support heart opening, connection, and presence.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, restless, or like things are shifting but not fully landing yet, this is a space for you to come back to yourself.
