Hands on Assists — Where Theory Meets Practicality with Ally Tomotsugu

  • Centretown Studio 359 Bank Street Ottawa, ON, K2P 1X9 Canada (map)

Take your teaching to the next level with hands-on adjustments that are safe and effective. In this 3-hour workshop, we’ll start with a quick dive into biomechanics, exploring optimal joint positioning and how to read alignment in your students. From there, we’ll explore practical, hands-on techniques you can confidently use in both group classes and private sessions. You’ll learn how to offer adjustments for alignment and support, giving your students guidance with confidence.

This workshop is perfect for yoga teachers who want to incorporate meaningful assists into their classes, gain a deeper understanding of the body, and build confidence in their hands-on skills. Come ready to learn and practice. This is a very hands-on workshop.
