Intro to Pranayama: Understanding Breathwork as a tool for your Physical & Mental Health with Tara Porter


The breath is one constant in our lives that we cannot live without but that we often really aren’t fully aware of during our daily activities. This workshop will introduce you to several classical yogic Breath practices which you can integratively incorporate into both your yoga practice as well as your daily life outside of the yoga studio.

Learn why the breath is so powerful for our mental health, how it can create feelings of freedom and openness in the physical body, and how that transfers to our emotional being as well.

Part lecture, part practice. Come to develop an even deeper awareness of this key fuel for your yoga practice in a fun and experiential way!
