If you’ve visited our Centretown studio in last few of months, you’ll no doubt have noticed some pretty big changes going on there. We’ve been expanding our space to create a state of the art fitness studio, Pure Fit, which we’re pleased to announce is now up and running!
A group fitness class based model, the studio runs up to 6 x (45-50 minute) classes a day, and 3 different types of class – Strength, Sweat and KettleBells:
The aim of this class is to get stronger. Bringing focus to form, slowing the movement down, and eventually adding weight. Create better posture and improve athleticism by challenging your strength to a different type of fatigue.
Mixing movements to work both strength and conditioning. Test and strengthen your body’s endurance, strength, and cardio with this high intensity format.
This class style focuses on building strength and functional movements using KettleBells.
WHAT TO EXPECT
